Sending Leads from Engage to Salesforce

The Salesforce Channel allows Engage users to send leads from Engage to Salesforce to update and/or insert records, enabling users to leverage data from the Engage platform and optimise client management in Salesforce.

When the campaign is run, the Salesforce Channel takes the selected fields and sends the data to Salesforce.

Note: The Salesforce API has a maximum upload size of 200 leads. To overcome this, the Salesforce Channel automatically groups Engage Audiences that exceed this limit into blocks of no more than 200 leads.

Leads that are uploaded using Engage will appear in Salesforce with the exact data defined during the Field List and Campaign creation. These leads can be utilised in the same way as a manually generated Salesforce lead.

  2. Add the fields that are to be included in the Salesforce upload, observing mandatory field requirements within Salesforce.
